Led by some of the finest and most experienced barbell coaches in Colorado Springs, our barbell club is dedicated to the instruction, development, and coaching of those looking to improve their skill and technique with a barbell. We use Burgener Strength programming that operates on a 3-day per week plan with 2 of those days as in person classes at CrossFit Colorado Springs. Our cycles are 8 weeks long and will focus on a variety of areas to further develop strength and power to increase your 1RM, build functional strength, change body composition, and improve overall lifestyle.
With years of world class Olympic lifting experience, the Burgeners will help you focus on making improvements in the Olympic and Power Lifts, as well as cycling heavy weights. This programming is built specifically for Mayhem Affiliates to assist members to increase strength and power.
Mayhem Burgener Strength is made for individuals that are primarily looking to improve their technique and strength in the Snatch, Clean and Jerk, Press, Deadlift, Front Squat, Back Squat, and Overhead Squat.
Whether you have experienced some success in workouts with gymnastics, lighter loads, and/or high metabolic conditioning, and need to improve your lifts... OR if you are new to lifting and looking to learn the fundamentals, Colorado Springs Barbell Club is the place you want to be.
