We offer six group sessions per day during the week as well as two group sessions on Saturday mornings. All sessions last 60 minutes and begin with a workout specific warmup to prepare you for the workout of the day (WOD). The bulk of session time will be spent on the WOD that will vary in strength, power, stamina, and endurance day-to-day.
Bumping music and encouragement from others will help you to continue to push to new levels of fitness. We then will end the session with a cooldown and optional mobility.
If you are new to CrossFit you might notice that there are some movements that you haven't probably done before. Before you join the group sessions we want to make sure you feel safe and comfortable and so we ask all our new members to participate in our fundamentals class. If you have previous CrossFit experience you are welcome to join class as a refresher but it is not required.
